Chocolate and chili … Just this two names makes my mouth watery. It’s Friday, is not it worth some extra time right? Have fixed the hole week and have the whole weekend, hopefully free and casual, like my weekend as I have´t anything planed. Has the whole weekend to get knocked around in the kitchen, after a pretty stressful week. Here the first snow has fallen and it’s chilly outside.
There I celebrate with these wonderful Chili Chocolate cakes. Chili and chocolate work perfectly together. Not that Chilin dominates but is just there and give a kick to it.
0.5 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tsp Santa Maria Cacao chili
0.5 cup flour
Stir everything together until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured form. Bake 200C for 20 minutes.
