Ännu ett superlätt recept, som jag lovat två gånger under Kanadaresan, som jag verkligen tycker att ni ska testa nästa gång ni vill ha något att äta på, det vill säga om ni tycker om kaffe och kaffedeserter!
Another super easy reciep, that I already promised you twice during my Canada trip. I really urge you to try it – it’s truely yummy – if you’re a fan of Coffee and Coffee deserts!
Vispa grädden hårt med elvispen och RÖR försiktigt ner den i äggsmeten. Det kommer bli väldigt rinnigt. Häll semifreddon i koppar eller glas, som tål frysen och frys i minst 4 timmar. Garnera med det du tycker passar eller har hemma t.ex. en klick grädde och kaffebönor, blåbär, hyvlad choklad osv.
Place the coffee in a pan with the sugar and let it boil for about 2 minutes, but keep on whiping ( with an electric whip). The result should have a foamy syrupy-consistancy. Let cool, whiping until cool. Put the egg yolkes in a bowl and whip them until thickened. When the syrup is cool, whip it into the egg yolkes, with the electric whip. Make a water bath and place the mixture in the bath and whip for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and whip until the mixture is thick and cool.
Whip the cream hard and turn carefully into the mixture. Put the mixture into individual forms, that is freezer proof and freeze for atleast 4 hours. Remove from frieezer 10 minutes prior to serving and decorate with what ever you have at home, coffee beans, blueberries, chocolate shavings or some whip cream.
